Welcome to my website! I am pleased that you’ve taken a moment in your day to explore Kinesiology more fully and find out a bit about me. Hopefully when you’re ready, we can work together in your quest for better health and wellness.
In my 20’s I was invincible! Or so I thought! I had a fast paced corporate job in the wine trade. Burnt the candles at both ends and travelled time zones.I met some fabulous people along the way, learnt a lot about making (and tasting wine) and I loved it!
Once I became a Mum, realisation dawned that there needed to be more balance in my life.
How was I to go about reducing the mental bombardment of juggling work and home; striving to perfect everything I did but first and foremost my important role as a mum? It became quickly apparent that I need to step back, look at my emotional roller coaster, mental health, nutritional nourishment, my fluctuating energy and motivation levels and redefine the focus within my physically crazy schedule.
It took my second child’s digestive, skin and sleep issues as a toddler, to ‘notice’ more options around me. I discovered Kinesiology through his needs, worked successfully to address them; decided to give myself some focus; was extremely pleased with the outcome.
So began my new focus in life.
Since 2006 I’ve been a qualified Kinesiologist - first in England, then in Perth, Western Australia - you’ll see more on that in Sarah’s Training.
What we cannot ignore is how our experiences in life undermine our efforts to achieve balance.
Modern life is at an unprecedented pace. We put ourselves under incredible pressure to perform; to keep going to strive against all odds. Circumstances may dictate that we need to, but we absolutely need to be constantly ensuring that we focus on balance. That’s why my purpose is to help all of my clients,with their individual set of circumstances and life experiences and their very specific needs ,to restore their healthy balance, mind and body.
